We addressed this with high-quality corporate films and dynamic drone shoots that offered a new perspective on their landmark projects.
Our approach for the corporate films focused on narrating Shreeji’s journey through visuals that evoke emotion and pride. We scripted storylines that seamlessly blended client testimonials, architectural highlights, and Shreeji’s legacy. Professional cinematography techniques and engaging voiceovers made these films more than promotional tools—they became brand-building assets.
Drone shoots provided sweeping aerial views of Shreeji’s properties. This added a cinematic appeal, showcasing the scale of their projects, lush surroundings, and premium amenities in a way ground-level visuals couldn’t. Typography was bold yet elegant for visibility, and colour schemes aligned with Shreeji’s branding—rich, warm tones that evoked luxury and comfort. Each hoarding highlighted key USPs like location advantages, lifestyle amenities, and the developer’s longstanding credibility.
The hoardings not only increased brand visibility but also became conversation starters within the community. Combined with films and digital efforts, they were part of an integrated strategy that drove more site visits and inquiries.
Social Media Campaigns
Shreeji’s social media needed a fresh perspective to connect with today’s homebuyers—those who value trust, design, and lifestyle experiences. We built a storytelling-led content strategy positioning Shreeji as a brand synonymous with quality living.
Campaigns focused on three pillars: legacy, lifestyle, and trust. Posts featured high-res images and short videos showcasing iconic projects, amenities, and customer testimonials. Reels and Facebook videos offered behind-the-scenes glimpses of ongoing projects and drone footage to boost transparency and engagement.
