For Hilltown, a premium real estate project, the challenge was to create a distinct digital identity that communicates its promise of “modern living surrounded by nature.” We needed to engage a discerning audience that values both luxury and sustainability, homebuyers seeking aspirational lifestyles in a competitive market.
We began by developing a comprehensive content strategy centred on storytelling. The goal was to make every post an invitation to experience Hilltown’s lifestyle. We showcased its lush green surroundings, architectural excellence, and thoughtfully designed amenities. Each visual element—from typography to colour palette—was carefully curated to reflect sophistication and tranquillity.
The Instagram grid was planned like a digital brochure. Alternating between aerial shots of the property, 3D renders of interiors, lifestyle photography, and bite-sized testimonials, we kept the feed dynamic yet cohesive. Stories and highlights featured interactive elements such as polls (“Which amenity would you love the most?”) and virtual tours to increase engagement.
We also created engaging reels that showcased Hilltown’s unique selling points: eco-friendly construction, expansive open spaces, and modern amenities. These videos combined aspirational visuals with relatable storytelling, appealing to both millennials and established homebuyers.
The result? In just 90 days, Hilltown’s social media reach grew by 120%, and engagement rates increased by 65%. This strengthened the brand’s digital presence and created meaningful connections with potential buyers.
Digital Promotions
While organic social media efforts built Hilltown’s identity, we complemented it with targeted digital promotions designed to drive measurable results, primarily inquiries and site visits.
We crafted visually compelling ad creatives highlighting Hilltown’s key offerings: luxurious living spaces, natural surroundings, and world-class amenities. Each ad was designed with strong call-to-actions (CTAs) like “Book Your Dream Home Today” or “Schedule a Virtual Tour.”
Using Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, we segmented audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours. For example, young professionals were targeted with messaging about connectivity and modern amenities, while families saw ads focusing on safety, green spaces, and community living.
We also implemented remarketing campaigns to engage website visitors and social media users who interacted with Hilltown content but hadn’t converted yet. These remarketing ads achieved high click-through rates by showcasing limited-time offers and upcoming site visit events.
A/B testing helped us optimize ad copies, visuals, and landing page experiences to ensure maximum lead generation. The outcome? The campaigns generated a 3.5x return on ad spend (ROAS) and increased qualified leads by 70% over a three-month period, driving significant footfall to Hilltown’s sales office.
